Tom Bronson is a man who knows how to get the most out of the people who works for him, and he does it with great style. One of his employees once said, "You just want to wake up every morning and rush to work so you can give it your all for Tom".

Although Tom comes from the Carolinas he has a heart as big as Texas and a positive attitude to go with it. He has been evolved with small business most of his life and understands what it takes to make them win. "Hard work, lots of hours, and dedication are all part of what it takes to make a company successful. The secret however is to make the work environment so relax, fun, and enjoyable that your employees just cant wait to come to work in the morning" Is something Tom once said. And without a doubt Tom has created that feeling at Rockland Technology Group, Inc. (the company that Tom is the CEO) and because of that he does not have one employee that drags his feet nor does he have someone that doesnt give Tom 110% of there effort everyday.

Along with running Rockland Technology Group, Inc. Tom also has a wonderful wife and three incredible daughters. Like everything else that Tom is involved in he runs his family life as great as he runs his professional life. As we all know making a small business successful takes many long hours, and Tom works all of them. But he also knows how important a family life is as well. So what does Tom do, he goes home has dinner plays with the kids and the wife! Puts them all to bed and comes back to the office to finish the day, then around 2:30a.m. he finally puts himself to bed.

If I was a betting man, which I am, I would bet on Tom Bronson and his company Rockland Technology Group, Inc. any day of the week. Tom A. Bronson, the worlds greatest CEO and all around good guy.
